Well we all know that everybody loves their home, home is that place where we fell most secure and we can totally relax ourselves but sometime for one or many reasons we need to sell our home. Like for our job we need to move to another state or country, or sometimes for some financial crisis we need to sell our homes but in every case we need to know what is the right price of our property and how can we sell it in its maximum price.

But before selling our house we need to look after some important points like the man or the organization we are selling our property to is genuine or not? If it is we need to have documents of the organizations and address proof and voter ID card of that person. The next is we can hire a broker who can work as a middleman between us and the party but we need to make sure that the broker will not cheat us or the buyer. Apart from this we can give advertisement in print media like news paper or in some magazines and we can share it on internet too. We all need to know before selling our home that what is the price rate of houses in that particular area, so that we can sell our house at a right price. Before selling property to the buyer we need to hand over some legal documents like papers of the land, municipal documents, insurance paper of that house if any, plan of that house.

Some times people buy houses with home loans from banks in that cases we need to know the terms of the bank and we need to discuss the payment policy with the buyer we also need to see the statement from the bank. We need to consider legal advice too and for that we need to go to a lawyer. Before selling house we need to sign all the documents after reading and we can make a deal with the buying party that to shift our goods to the new place they give us some time.

In my opinion, by cutting out the middle man and selling your home yourself, you could walk away with tens of thousands of dollars more in your pocket. It just takes a little marketing know-how and a lot of entrepreneurial spirit.
